The Delights of Spam

Spam can with red "no" sign

I am thankful for my spam-blocking program. It works great. It has blocked literally thousands of spammy comments from appearing on my posts, and it never makes the mistake of blocking real comments. That makes my readers’ experience more pleasant and saves me a lot of hassle.

I enjoy skimming through the spam comments every now and then. I’m always amused by the attempts at bland, generic encouragement that might apply to just about any blog post on the web. I guess appealing to blogger pride is a proven method.  The English is so bad. Why can’t these lowlife companies find anyone who actually speaks English to write their spam?

For your amusement, here are some highlights from today’s spam filter. Blue comments are mine.

I’d prefer to make use of some using the content on my weblog no matter whether you do not mind.

Well, if it doesn’t matter whether I do not mind, then what’s stopping you from using the using? Use away!

An impressive share, I just given this onto a colleague who was doing just a little analysis on this. And he in reality purchased me breakfast considering that I identified it for him. smile.

There’s nothing like breakfast in reality, is there?

You can find absolutely plenty of details like that to take into consideration. Which is an awesome point to bring up. I supply the thoughts above as general inspiration but clearly you can find questions like the 1 you bring up exactly where essentially the most significant thing might be working in honest decent faith. I don?t know if preferred practices have emerged about items like that, but I am positive that your job is clearly identified as a fair game.

Yeah. Wait, what?

Fantastic goods from you, man. I’ve understand your stuff previous to and you are just extremely fantastic.

I like this guy. Or robot.

There is certainly noticeably a bundle to understand about this. I assume you created certain nice points in capabilities also.

Yes, of course. Noticeably a bundle of nice points in capabilities. It’s what I do best.
